Inside Hall Block 7 (noted in yellow) is set up to accommodate one 6 foot by 30 inch table. This block DOES NOT come with electrical access. Extension cords across isles are not permitted. The location of this block is highly visible as it is seen as attendees visiting Rooms 1 and 2 and is directly opposite and prominently visible upon exit of Room 1. 

Promotional Vendors who purchase a single block are allowed to either place a table (6ft x 30in) with promotional items or up to 2 (78" x 33") retractable banners as seen here: https://www.bannersonthecheap.com/retractable-banners

Promotional Vendors who purchase a 2-block set may choose to place 2 tables(6ft x 30in) with promotional items, up to 4 (78" x 33") retractable banners (noted above), or two backdrop banners 8ft x 5ft or a single backdrop banner 8ft x 10ft as seen here: https://www.bannersonthecheap.com/backdrop-banner

If a Promotional Vendor wishes to purchase space but is unable to attend the event, Great Collectors Expo will help set up your space for a small administrative charge. Banners can be ordered and sent directly to us or sent from your place of business. Promotional Vendors can choose to have the banner(s) stored at no additional fee for future shows or choose to have their banner(s) shipped to them after the show by providing paid return postage.

Vendor Notes: This block does not include the tables. You may choose to bring your own tables or add a table rental to your checkout if you wish to rent a table from us. If you choose to bring your own table IT MUST NOT BE larger than 6 foot by 30 inches. Vendor space is measured down to the inch. Tables larger than 6 foot by 30 inches will disrupt layout and encroach on other vendor space.
